We all need help now and then.

Like most people, I'm always struggling to get in shape and stay in shape. Since I'm alone a lot of the time, it's hard to stay motivated. But I think having a blog will keep me more aware of it, so I can stay on top of things. Intellectually, I think fitness is extremely important. Realistically, I'm not getting to the point I want to be. So there you have it. You can all witness my fitness efforts.

I say good job with the fitness. I, myself, have been trying to keep up with the fitness. It is hard to do without motivation. But then again it is hard to do when all you want to do is sit around and do nothing. (I talk about myself there.) Just eat right, exercise daily and be constantly moving, that's what I tell myself. Does it happen all the time? No. But that doesn't mean I should stop telling myself that, constantly reminding myself of that. Every once in a while it will work but not always. But keep up with what you are doing. Keep up with your efforts.
