I got to do some hooping at my daughter's baby shower in Atascadero, CA. We got a little carried away and took too many photos. It was nuts. My friend Mandy joined in too. The weather was perfect.
Then after I got back home to Anaheim the heat wave hit with several days being over 100 degrees. So no hooping for me. Luckily it's starting to cool down a bit. By this weekend I should be able to hoop again.

My personal quest to get fit. Get fit without spending a fortune. Free and inexpensive ways to be fit. We all struggle to get in shape and stay that way.
